I had to put this one near the top.

Because the funniest part of Belly Dance is not how complicated the dance is.

It is the fact that your pet was just standing there normally…

…and then suddenly gets up on two legs and starts dancing like it has been rehearsing all week.

A cat, a dog, whatever.

One second they are staring at the camera with a completely serious face. The next second, they are performing.

Cats are especially funny here because they already spend half their lives looking like they are deeply disappointed in humanity. Watching one suddenly launch into a full dance routine makes the whole thing even better.

When I first saw Run Ostrich Run, I had one question:

Why an ostrich?

Then I thought about it for about two seconds.

Actually, never mind. It is funnier this way.

The template puts the person on top of a running ostrich.

Not being chased by one.

Actually riding it.

That tiny difference makes the whole thing much better.

Put the scene in a city, a plaza or an outdoor landscape and it instantly becomes absurd enough to feel like a meme.

And ostriches already look funny when they run.

If riding an ostrich still feels too realistic, we can move on to:

AI looked at that history and apparently decided the species choice was too conservative.
